Betty Dargie is an accomplished entertainment producer, creative director, talent manager, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a professional singer, dancer, model, and entertainment executive. Her diverse career has provided her with a unique understanding of both the artistic and commercial aspects of the entertainment industry.

As Director of Dargie Entertainment, Betty has produced and managed large-scale theatrical productions, corporate entertainment programs, touring shows, and bespoke live experiences throughout Australia and internationally. Known for her expertise in creative development, casting, production management, and talent representation, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional entertainment experiences while creating meaningful opportunities for

performers and creatives to thrive.

 

Alongside Dargie Entertainment’s production house and talent agency, Betty oversees the company’s full-time professional training program, which mentors emerging performers through tailored career pathways designed to prepare them for the global entertainment industry. The success of this initiative is reflected in its graduates, who have secured employment with some of the world's leading entertainment companies and productions.

 

Betty’s most recent project is as Co-Producer and Vocal Director of Larger Than Life – The Ultimate 90s Boy Band Experience, a national touring theatrical concert celebrating the iconic music and energy of the 1990s. Through projects such as Larger Than Life, Betty continues to combine creative vision with commercial success, contributing to the ongoing growth and evolution of Australia's live entertainment industry.
